Much like in a Peruvian home, Fausto’s kitchen is always open. Our open pantry is stocked daily with baked sweet and savoury treats, fresh fruit, and refreshing drinks. Breakfast is served with care and flexibility—granola, yoghurt, fruit, fresh juice, and a warm dish of your choice. Guests are welcome to order from our Comfort Food and Social Food menus throughout the day, with homemade soups, sandwiches, and tapas-style plates prepared by our house cook. Drinks are available at the Honesty Bar, where you can help yourself at any hour. Everything is served wherever you feel most at ease—on the terrace, in the salon, or in the quiet of your room.
